Design: Diademed and draped bust of Cleopatra right / Tyche seated left on rock, holding cornucopia; [date] and grain ear to left, name of city to right, river-god Orontes swimming below

Condition: Choice Fine; repatinated. Rare; Only 11 examples in sales archives, and only three in the last ten years.
