Roman Empire. Flavians/Five Good Emperors/Severans AR (Silver) denarius. All are mint of Rome; struck 69-235 AD. This group is composed of coins of Vespasian, Titus, Domitian, Trajan, Hadrian, Antoninus Pius, Lucius Verus, Commodus, Septimius Severus, Caracalla, and Severus Alexander. The most common are Hadrian (r. 117-138), Antoninus Pius (r. 138-161), and Commodus (r. 177-192). You will receive one coin at random (or more, if you order more).
The best coins in the group will be allocated to larger orders - those of 5 coins or more. If you order multiple coins, we will select different emperors to provide variety.
Design: Head of emperor / Various reverse types; usually gods/goddesses, including Minerva, Roma, Mars, Aequitas, Jupiter, Nike, Annona, etc.
Dimensions: ~18 mm / ~3.20 gm
Condition: Good to Fine; most worn and with some surface roughness; however, none have serious flaws.
