Refund and Returns Policy

Keeping it simple

Our refund and returns policy is straightforward: Miller Ancients guarantees the authenticity of all items sold. If a coin is found not to be authentic by NGC, at any point in the future, you’ll get 100% of your money back. If you do not send the coin to NGC, Miller Ancients asks that you provide a professional opinion regarding the item’s authenticity. If the coin has not been graded, Miller Ancients will decide the eligibility of returns on a case-by-case basis. Only the individual who purchased the coin from Miller Ancients is eligible to receive a refund, but this guarantee is for life to the buyer.

Miller Ancients must physically receive the coin before the refund is issued. The full amount of your purchase will be refunded within 7 days of Miller Ancients’ receiving the coin. The buyer assumes liability for safely transporting to the coin to Miller Ancients. If the item is stolen or damaged in the shipping process, Miller Ancients is not responsible. We encourage you to ship items with proper insurance and tracking information.

Miller Ancients will always accept returns on items for reasons other than authenticity (general dissatisfaction with the purchase, etc), but only within 30 days of the sale.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.

Funds for refunds will be sent via Zelle (preferred), Venmo, or wire/bank transfer (buyer is responsible for fees, which are minimal in domestic wires).
